Kelvin C.
Bias Writer,
Director, Producer, A restlessly
imaginative filmmaker bombarding the world with ideas as it bombards him;
a creative collision is constantly occurring. A native of Southern
California and a sports journalist by trade, Kelvin has thrived on the
energy of NYC since 1995. He has also written and directed seven short
films, which have screened at numerous festivals worldwide. Kelvin holds
an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from NYU and a B.A. in political science from
the University of Arizona. NOCTAMBULOUS is his first feature film. |

Chilembwe Mason Producer, His first feature
production, he has worked on numerous short films. Chilembwe is also a
writer and director of the award winning 2010 short film ESCAPE, and
director of music videos for artists S!cWest and Angeli Kakade. His
passion for film lies at the extremes and the subtleties of the human
experience.

James
Chan Producer, James Chan makes his producing debut on
the indie feature film, NOCTAMBULOUS. He also the co-story creator.
He is a native New Yorker. He honed his skills working in the music
industry, Madison Ave and at Wall Street’s top firms. His experience
prepared him well to be a filmmaker. After going back to graduate school
in 2006, he earned a Masters Degree in Communication Arts. He enjoys a
career producing and directing documentaries, television, corporate
communications, short films, web content and commercials in the US, UK,
France and Canada. James strives to challenge himself and others to create
innovative projects. |

Robson
Junior Director
of Photography, Robson Began his
love for films at a very young age in Brazil, was mentored by his
grandfather where he learned the basics of camera operation. Robson came
to the United States in 2000 with his parents, in 2008 he met Kelvin Bias
and since then has shot every film he has directed. Robson is also a record producer. |

Ann
Foo Editor, Discovered a love of
editing in a tape-to-tape editing suite in high school and hopes that by
the disassembling and reassembling of films, she can vicariously piece
together a fragmented modern reality. When she is not barricaded in a
small dark room she enjoys traveling, hugging trees and eating large
quantities of tofu. She completed a Master of Film Editing degree at the
Australian Film TV and Radio School, and was awarded a scholarship to
Westminster University London. She is currently based in New York City,
and also works in Sydney, Perth and London. |

Plenge
Composer, John Plenge (aka ToneFactory) - John is an ASCAP, OBIE and
NYSCA award winning composer, sound designer and music producer
based in New York City. John writes and produces music and sonic
environments for filmmakers, recording artists, performers, theater
and dance companies. His music and sound designs have been featured
